Making hardware
less hard
We're building the development environment that makes hardware as easy to ship as software.

Why we exist
The biggest problems in the world are physical. But most smart people are building software.
How we build hardware hasn't changed in 20 years, even though everything around it has. If you want to build an app today, the tools will get you there by lunch. Hardware is a different story — you're still googling conflicting tutorials, wiring by hand, and praying you don't fry the board (we've fried plenty).
So we built the thing we wish existed. Describe what you want to make, and Schematik gives you the code, the wiring, the parts list, and the assembly steps. Deploy from the same place. Go make something.

Watch us build
Every week, we ship a more ambitious hardware project with Schematik. When we hit roadblocks, we fix the product.
We document all of it — the wins, the fried boards, the fixes — on YouTube.

Founder · @samuelbeek
Schematik started as a side project. Sam was building hardware on weekends, got frustrated with how broken the workflow was, and hacked together a first version for himself. The first video about it went viral, people started shipping their own projects with it, and it became obvious this was way bigger than a weekend thing.
Before Schematik, Sam spent 5 years at VEED, helping scale it from early stage to $50M+ ARR. He's a lifelong builder obsessed with tools that feel deceptively simple. He also owns far too many dev boards.

Careers
Help us shape how hardware gets built
We're not actively hiring right now, but we're always open to open applications from people who'd shape the tool and the company from day zero.
Keep it brief. A few lines on who you are and why you'd be a fit beats a long pitch.
We are in-person in Amsterdam and all backgrounds are welcome.
